General Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Services

The UK Web Design Company, will be referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions simply as "We" or "Us", and you the customer be known as "You". By using our website and related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Web Design Leads Subscription Service:

  • The free trial is available to new customers only.
  • Only one free trial is available per person / company.

We agree to:

  • Forward leads onto your specified email address after we have manually checked each lead.
  • Not be liable nor held responsible should leads not reach your email account after they have been sent from Us.
  • Send ALL manually-checked leads to you unless you specify otherwise.
  • Make no guarantee regarding the quantity and quality of leads, as this is beyond our control.
  • Not be liable for anything that occurs between you and the potential client.
  • Not issue any refunds, partial or full unless we have been unable to provide the service due to technical server failures which have resulted in our website being unavailable. In such a situation we would issue a partial refund for the number of days the service was unavailable.
    Monthly service price / 30 days = Daily service price
    Refund = Daily service price * Number of days service was unavailable
    If the price of the service was £100 for example and the service was unavailable for three days, the refund would be £10.00 Calculated thus:
    £100 / 30 = £3.33
    £3.33 * 3 = £10.00

You agree to the following:

  • Provide Us with a functioning email address belonging to you, with which to contact You.
  • During your association with Us, You will not purport nor claim to be an employee of The UK Web Design Company.
  • Pay the stated subscription fee prior to the commencement of the service.
  • If paying by PayPal, you:
    • Agree to enter into a recurring subscription which will automatically debit you account for the same amount each month.
    • Have the option to cancel your subscription yourself by administering your own PayPal account.
    • Can request Us to cancel your subscription on your behalf by informing us by email at least 48 hours before your next subscription payment is due, so that We have reasonable time to carry out the cancellation.
  • Be responsible for contacting the lead clients and conducting business between yourself and the client without any further involvement from Us.
  • When contacting clients, state who you are and in no way claim to be an employee, representative or associate of The UK Web Design Company.

Advertisement-Specific Terms & Conditions

We agree to the following:

  • Display your advertisement as exactly supplied by You. We will not be held liable for any spelling inaccuracies or omissions in text or source code.
  • Make no guarantees about the number of click throughs your advertisement may receive.
  • In the case of site-wide advertisements, shuffle the advertisements to give equal exposure to all advertisers.
  • Reserve the right to remove or reject any advertisement that is derogatory, defamatory or otherwise deemed inappropriate in any way.

You agree to the following:

  • Have the right to request changes to your advertisement at any time.
